Au Revoir Anna

I can’t believe this happened.  It’s a return to form for the normal style of voting in Big Brother.  Women voting off women, even though there are boring men on the list of potential evictees.

Anna might have been acting agressively in the house this week, but that doesn’t mean she should leave.  Maybe I’m being a little biased here as my household were fans of Anna.  I think she was a genuine personality in the house and for someone who is only 20, she is someone who seems to know herself well.  She was still acting herself when she got out to the eviction stage too.  Not like any of the previous evictees.

So long Anna, we’ll miss the zest you added to the house.  Even if you were a little pouty at times!

Michael managed to succeed in his task of having 8 people nominate him. Well done! Now, I wonder if he will fess up to the truth about Reuben, or will he continue the story until he leaves the house? I think he might admit the truth tonight after BB reveals him as the Insider. It would be funny if BB sent an 8 year old into the house tonight claiming to be Reuben. But it's not going to happen is it?

Tilli and Elise

So we say goodbye to Tilli and Elise.

The EVICT and 2SAVE options have changed the complexion of evictions,and might make predicting who leaves more difficult in the future.

I can't wait to see how Karen and Krystal go this week without Tilli. I imagine they will feel very hard done by and that it should have been Anna and/or Camilla that were kicked out of the house.

Elise is gone and as most predict, I think there will be minimal impact to the character of the house. This is an interesting evolution in the viewers and participants of Big Brother this year, as blandness has always been rewarded in previous years.

Do You Want To Chat?

Karen and Krystal’s chat with Anna was hard to watch last night.  It seemed more like Karen just wanted to tell Anna she was wrong and then walk off. 

Anna was able to look after herself, but it upset her a lot.  I hoped that someone might have offered to sit in as a mediator, I don’t think Anna was able to properly communicate how stupid it all was.  Krystal’s crap about how Karen doesn’t dislike anybody and the ‘how could you? after she took you under her wing.’ stuff was a bit hard to take.

Surprise!

Did you see how John reacted when Anna and Camilla burst out from under the table?  I couldn’t stop laughing!  Fortunately, I was watching it on video tape and could rewind for the action replay.  He must have thought the table exploded!

Revenge Room is Sweet

I enjoyed watching the exploits of Anna and Camilla last night on the daily show.  Camilla is relishing the chance the get revenge and Anna is getting into it.  I am enjoying a closer look at Anna’s character.  She doesn’t seem to be a very vindictive person at all.

It was cute to see them tiptoeing through the house while the housemates were in the diary room talking to BB.

Revenge Room

Now that they have been ‘evicted‘ from the house and currently occupy the Revenge Room, I wonder what Camilla and Anna will do to exact revenge.

Showing Camilla and Anna who voted for them seems like a strange thing for Big Brother to do if they are to go back into the house.  But as my dislike for Krystal and Karen grows now that they have been outed as an entity of their own, I am looking forward to watching the sort of revenge they can come up with.

The Hens are Attacking

Not too much developed on last night’s daily show that I didn’t see on Up Late apart from Gaelan’s response to the water on his bed.  Which was quite good.  He didn’t adopt a victim mentality and managed to maintain his status in the house.

Someone with a bad status in the house is Anna.  It seems that she was crying in bed on Monday night.  She attributed this to being unwell.  But with the chatter about her by other people as being a person without much substance, I wouldn’t be surprised if she has overheard some of this and is feeling attacked.
